who is atxflex?
Chris Ranno is the mass-monster who founded ATXFLEX. He has always been fascinated with the flash and flare of the bodybuilding mythos, and knows that the benevolent influence of this sport goes far deeper than the flesh alone.

He's a competitive bodybuilder, a certified personal trainer, an IT professional and a hard working individual. He's always thinking and loves to talk, yet prefers the quiet life with bodybuilding being his main outlet for excitement.

Currently, Chris' ideal offseason physique is between 215 and 225 lbs. with a bodyfat between 8% and 10%.
